Mini Mathew

Mini Mathew has been leading as Assistant Principal at GEMS Westminster since December 2019. She brings thirty years of experience and expertise through her work in various British curriculum schools in Dubai, where she fostered a nurturing learning environment for staff and students. Mathew’s previous roles include Assistant Principal at Apple International School and Head of Secondary at Al Salam Private School, Dubai. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Mrs. Mathew strives to create a stimulating environment for her students to help them achieve their personal ambitions in a holistic manner, focusing on their academic, creative, and moral development. She values the partnership between families and community that facilitates in making students responsible, global citizens who can navigate through the professional world intellectually and creatively. Together as a unified partnership, she looks forward to building on the traditions of the past and developing new strategies to meet the challenges of the future in innovative and exciting ways.
