Chanda Pant

Chanda Pant brings over 26 years of rich experience in education, including 23 years with GEMS Education, demonstrating unwavering commitment and excellence in her field. Over the course of her career, she has successfully undertaken a wide range of roles—from Classroom Teacher and Learning Coach to Phase Leader, Head of Primary, and Designated Safeguarding Lead—across both India and the UAE.

Currently serving as Assistant Principal in the Primary School at The Westminster School, Dubai, Chanda combines academic expertise with strategic leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Environment alongside a Master of Education from Mumbai University, equipping her with a deep understanding of child development and effective pedagogy.

Chanda is recognised for her journey from a highly skilled educator to a courageous, adaptable, and values-driven leader.
