Binny Aji

Ms. Binny Aji’s career with The Westminster School, Dubai commenced in August 2000 when she joined the Department of Mathematics as a Secondary school Teacher. Her qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

During her tenure, she has successfully functioned in various roles as a Form Tutor, Year Leader, Timetable manager, Deputy Head of Section and Phase Leader.

Currently, she is heading the Academic Improvement Team, which comprises of the PLD Leader, Examinations Officer, Timetable Manager and Dy Data Leader. Her strengths include Data Analysis and Interpretation to support various facets of teaching and learning.

She is very passionate about the latest technological enhancements which could add value to the learning atmosphere and develop effective monitoring and evaluation systems to assess students learning.
