Neelofar Ali

Neelofar Saleem Ali is a dedicated and experienced educational leader with over 28 years of experience in education, including 14 years of service at The Westminster School, Dubai. As Assistant Principal – Pastoral Care, Student Wellbeing & Safeguarding, she provides strategic leadership for student wellbeing, safeguarding, behaviour, and personal development across the whole school.

Holding a Master of Education from Hamdard University, Neelofar combines extensive educational expertise with a strong commitment to nurturing the whole child. She works closely with students, staff, parents, and the wider community to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture where every learner feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Passionate about student voice, wellbeing, and character development, Neelofar champions initiatives that promote resilience, leadership, positive relationships, and a sense of belonging. Her leadership is driven by the belief that students achieve their full potential when they are supported both academically and emotionally, enabling them to thrive as confident, responsible, and compassionate global citizens.
